During the Congress the intermediate results of the social initiative \u201cWell4Africa\u201d were presented.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The sum collected by the national fraternities from different countries up to the end of the Congress was 38.122 Euro. The most active in fundraising were Lithuania, Poland, Hungary and United Kingdom with Gibraltar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was also decided to continue this project and after having installed the first three water boreholes, to help other local African communities, suffering from the lack of drinking water. Moreover, a German Franciscan Foundation \u201cMissionszentrale der Franziskaner\u201d has already approved their involvement in this initiative of the Secular Franciscan Order, granting a part of the necessary amount.
